This is an easy to do Tia Chi breathing exercise and meditation book. Many years ago these exercises and meditations were passed down to myself, Terry R. Wolff. While doing these I discovered what a benefit they provided me. I had been suffering from an on going back problem which the doctors told me that I would have for the rest of my life. However working with these exercises followed by the standing meditations I found that I had over come the agonizing back pains. I continue to this day to do these. So I decided to put them into a book so that others may also have a chance to discover what I had. The combination of these exercises along with the standing meditation allows the body to maintain a balance of the mussels in order to relieve stress on our body caused by the pulling of stronger mussels against their weaker counter part.
