JULY 2021 COMDTINSTM5810.1H Military Justice Manual prescribes Secretarial and Judge Advocate General of the Coast Guard policies, regulations, and procedures applicable to the administration of military justice in the Coast Guard pursuant to, and in support of, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. 801 946a (as amended), and the Manual for Courts-Martial (MCM), United States (2019). This revision to the Military Justice Manual accounts for substantial statutory changes required by the National Defense Authorization Act of 2020, as well as various programmatic changes. This Manual includes a new chapter outlining requirements regarding uniform standards of data collection and public access to court-martial dockets, filings, and records pursuant to Art. 140a, UCMJ. Additional major changes include revisions to post-trial processing and review. The chapter that previously addressed Command Influence has been removed.Why buy a book you can download for free We print the paperback book so you dont have to.First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure its the latest version (not always easy).
