The establishment of new frontiers in Europe was one of the most significant results of the two World Wars. This book not only deals with the purely diplomatic sphere but also includes the economic, cultural, social, and political dimensions of frontier changes. These proceedings analyze the impact of public opinion on contemporary international relations.
