People just seem to love them more, as they spend more time with them. People trust them and can share their secrets with such people. And even when they are hurt, you don't see them hurling insults at others or letting anger outbursts take over. In simple terms, these people never let their emotions to control them; they seem to be in charge of their emotional responses like pros. The people in the second part have high emotional intelligence while those on the first part are considered to be having low emotional intelligence. Luckily, having high or low emotional intelligence is not genetic; it is all an acquired skill. This means if you are in the first category of people i.e. those who are constantly fighting with others because of emotional insensitivities - we cannot read the mood, the timing, the environment and such- you can transform yourself to someone who is able to respond appropriately depending on the situation, time, environment and mood.
