About the AuthorsGary Ficek earned a bachelor degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Engineering Management. He holds several professional certifications, including the Project Management Institutes Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB), Prosci Change Management, and Kaizen Leader. He has also managed multi-million-dollar construction projects, process-improvement, and strategic initiatives programs for over 20 years.
