This is a copy of a manuscript that was written in 1991 but never published. W. T. made copies and distributed them to several local libraries. The original files were not available, so this book is an OCR of one of the library copies I was able to locate. There was some corruption where the text was not readable and has been replaced with " ???? " to indicate the original text could not be read.My initial instinct was not to publish this book since the original computer files were lost. After seeing the amount of work W. T. and these families invested in preserving this history, their descendants deserved to have access to the information even if it was not the most sophisticated format. --W. T.
