Further, while not the focus of this work, this process also suggests a means to both critically analyze conventional creativity techniques and model group methods and individual styles for emulation. Written by an engineer, Randall M. Desmond, with several patents and trade secrets under his belt, "The Book on Creativity" takes the reader through the joy of discovering the creative process in a manner that shows that creativity is not just for the eccentric personality or specifically confined to novel creations, but, rather, it is a knowable series of steps and leverage points which may be applied in a scalable way. With this new articulation of creativity and the creative process, you're biggest problem will not be coming up with new ideas. Rather, you'll have to worry about which idea you want to pursue!
