The U.S. Department of the Interior, Mineral Management Service has prepared an environmental assessment for proposed Lease Sale 207 in the Western Planning area of the Gulf of Mexico Outer Continental Shelf to determine whether MMS can make a Finding of No New Significant Impact or should prepare a supplemental environmental impact statement.
