Given the opportunity to interact with the current students at Achimota School after delivering the Keynote Address by the Guest Speaker, it became clear that there was excitement and quest for knowledge as well as passion for the students' single and multiple career aspirations.I could sense some frustrations from the students on how their current curriculum inherently predefines their career pathway and does not allow them to explore cross-program learning. More importantly, the students wanted to know how to apply what they have learnt or are currently learning in school."Sometimes I have doubt about it because I feel I do not know how to apply what I have learnt."- A High School StudentI was so humbled and honored that they were inspired and motivated by the study findings. I was also impressed by their quest and passion for excellence.This book seeks to engage its readers on how the theme "Quality Secondary, Technical & Vocational Education; A Catalyst for National Development" for the 91st Speech & Prize Giving Ceremony at Achimota School in Ghana on November 3rd, 2018 inspired research work, and findings that could contribute to a change in the educational landscape in Ghana.
