On the occasion of the 100 th anniversary of the foundation of the Civic Archaeological Museum, this volume retraces the history of the archaeological site of Fiesole, from the first findings until today, taking stock of the restorations of one of the most fascinating and historically rich areas of this region. The texts provide the reader with the state of the art of researches and works carried out in the area, describing in particular the adaptation and the implementation of safety measures in the Roman Theater in order to house the cultural event "Estate Fiesolana", the restoration of the thermal baths and the creation of a path for disabled people. The volume perfectly illustrates, thanks to a thorough iconographic apparatus, the results of over thirty years of interventions aimed at preserving and renewing the monumental complex located in the center of the city.
