Introduction to Time Management
The process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities is known as time management. It aims to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. It includes the management of finite time while fulfilling various demands from work, family, social life, personal interests and commitments. The primary goal of time management is to maximize the overall benefit of a set of activities within the limited amount of time. Some of the techniques which are used for the effective management of time are ABCD analysis, Pareto analysis and the Eisenhower method. This book outlines the processes and applications of time management in detail. Different approaches, evaluations, methodologies and studies in this field have been included in this book.
