This is a yearly journal with weekly prompts, all 52 weeks have been broken down into 13 four week sections. For ease of writing the first 6 sections (weeks 1-24) are in volume 1 and the last 6 sections (weeks 25-52) in volume 2. It is written with s in mind and from a very specifically christian and Biblical based perspective. This journal is all about growth. Growth is a product of time and effort. If you want to grow you have to work at it. This journal is a tool for growth, it can help you but it’s only a tool. You’ll get out of this what you put into it. Minimal effort will yield minimal growth. The more you dig in and really think about the questions and your answers, the more it can help you. The more you utilize the checklists, set goals for yourself, make steps toward those goals, and follow through on your steps the more growth you will see. This journal has been designed for you to be able to take ownership of the growth process for yourself. It’s all about Your goals, for You. Learning to encourage growth in yourself is growth too after all. May you take the challenge, dig in, and realize you’ve accomplished more than you ever expected you could by the time this journal is done!
