For Wanner, this is not about the investigative moment of his research or even a historical correction, but rather an artistic method of observation - which always involves moments of uncertainty on the part of the viewer. The monograph Foes at the Edge of the Frame mixes both dry andblack humor with systematically verifiable sources and fictitious stories through Wanner's works from the last five years.
