The author, in this respective work, proposes to raise questions pertinent to Psychoanalysis and Social Psychology in a multidiciplinary dialogue in the field of mental health, showing a strict relationship between the multiposes of knowledge in face of the challenges in which Contemporary Psychoanalysis finds itself, seeking a dialogue with dialectic, qualitative, phenomenological methodologies and with the hermeneutic tool, approaching how such can contribute to a better qualification in the public service regarding Mental Health in the contemporary context, showing to be Social Psychology and Psychoanalysis, key elements for the fomentation of a Mental Health, whose organizational culture can be more and more human in its process, either through an attentive social and psychic analysis of the subjective phenomena present in the objectivities of the human psyche.
