Denture base polymers have been successfully used for many years in the replacement of lost tooth with artificial substitutes. Colour is one of the most desirable properties of an aesthetic restorative material; maintenance of the matched colour for the entire length of its service may determine the success or failure of the material. This book provides information on the effect of tea; coffee and turmeric solutions on the colour stability of heat-polymerised resin, chemically polymerised resin, and soft denture silicone reline material, thus enabling the clinician to predict the long term success of these materials.
