A Penny Planter is someone who drops pennies for other people to find. I'm a Penny Planter, and I hope you will become one too! People from around the world believe that finding a penny, or any other coin, will bring them good luck or good fortune. So, I plant pennies by dropping them onto the ground wherever I go so that other people who find them, will smile, and have a momentary feeling of joy or luck or hope. This book tells the story of the Lucky Penny Project which is a collection of people who want to make the world a better place and work together as a Penny Posse to help others. They drop pennies to make other people smile, and they also work to make the world better by setting positive intentions called Penny Promises, and by implementing their own action items to improve the world around them, called Penny Plans.
