Down beneath the rush, the frantic search for gifts, the gay parties, you and I need to discover the real meaning of Christmas. What is it? Christmas means that Christ is born. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. God came down into time in the person of the Babe of Bethlehem and the Man of Galilee. Christmas means that Christ is found. The Wise Men followed the Star and found the child Jesus and his mother. Christmas comes to any heart, no matter the time of the year, that finds Jesus Christ, the Savior IC hristmas means that Christ is given. The Survey Bulletin points out that though the church has celebrated Christmas almost two thousand years, still two-thirds of the people of the earth have no Christmas because they know nothing about it.
