Whether you are in your teens, twenties, thirties and beyond even FAR beyond its never too late to consider your life and how to improve it. This book is created to last an entire year a total of 53 weeks consisting of two pages, with a positive affirmation to get you to thinking about your life and how to make it better, week by week. Each affirmation is on the left side of the page, and there are plenty of lines on that side for you to write in to discuss (to yourself only, if you choose) the upside and downside of each prompt, and the possibilities for improvement it shows you. You can take the lesson or statement for that week and make it completely yours! Spend some time writing out how you will apply it to your life. In doing so, you will have a solid, growing plan to make your life better every day, in every way!On the right side of each page is one weeks planner and calendar for you to use to make everyday plans and keep yourself organized. No dates are used, so you can start your life improvement at any time!Enjoy! And know that in one short year, you can make great strides in your life.
